Thai Style Chicken Bento

タイ風チキン弁当

今日のおべんとう:

• タイ風チキン
• 出し巻き卵
• にんじんのきんぴら
• ゆで野菜
• 自家製きゅうりのQちゃん
• ごはん

タイ風チキンは、鳥もも肉ににんにくと生姜のみじん切り、ナンプラーとレモンの輪切りをマリネして一晩おいたものを焼きました。

Today's obento:

• Thai style chicken
• Fried egg roll
• Fried Carrot with sesame
• Boiled veggies
• Pickled cucumbers 
• Rice

I'm not sure if I can call this Thai style but since there are many 'fake' Japanese food, I believe I can call it Thai in London! hehe

Used fish sauce for seasoning. plus chopped ginger, garlic and Lemon. Sounds Thai...for me anyway.
